Sliced Brisket Dinner
We love the brisket and ribs. They are both made with the most delicious seasonings, tender and flavorful. We love the sides that come with the meals. We drive from Puyallup and look forward to having a meal from Longhorn. We have been fans for a few years and never had any issues, well the only issue is needing more brisket. We love it! The barbecue sauces are so flavorful! They are sweet, tangy and just delish! They have corn bread, Mac and cheese - makes a wonderful meal and we are grateful they know how to bring the meat to make a family meal complete! The staff there are always friendly and helpful to get your meal prepared the way you like it. Thank you! ?? Tina & Patrick
Longhorn Special
We enjoyed a fantastic meal on 8/24/24 for our family get together of 25 people. Everything was excellent. Delivery arrived as scheduled to the minute. Everything was quickly set up and included everything needed to serve and enjoy. The food was great - especially the ribs - but there were compliments on all the meats and sides. The sauce was delicious and served warm. Plenty of food for everyone. Definitely our go-to for our next event.
Rustler - Catering
I ordered catering for a company picnic. The communication to set up the event was amazing. They called a few days in advance to make sure everything was correct and on the day of the event the driver was right on time and ready to set up. He was very nice and professional. Everyone loved the food as well. Great service and great food!

Sliced Brisket Sandwich
Oh my goodness!! Theres no other way to treat your tastebuds then from the some of the best BBQ masters in the Pacific Northwest then those at Longhorn BBQ!! Talk about melt in your mouth with smokey BBQ flavor brisket on a soft, pillowy bun (your choice of a small or large size bun) along with your favorite side (which will be a challenge because there's so many to chose from). Not mention the great hospitality of the Longhorn BBQ staff, and BBQ specials. Dang, it's making my hungry for BBQ just thinking about it. ?

Absolutely THE BEST. Soooooo good.....and the people who work there are soooooooo friendly. I REALLY enjoy them sliders, mashed potatoes & gravy, or Mac & Cheese. Either dine in or carry out. You CANNOT go wrong.
